The Process
How does the grillz process work?
Every set starts with a precise impression of your teeth. Visit our London studio for a private moulding appointment, or order online and we will send an impression kit to your door with step by step video instructions. Once we have your mould, we design your set, you approve it, and we handcraft it in house.
Do I need to visit the studio?
No. London appointments are available if you want the in person experience, but you can order online from anywhere in the world. Every online order includes an impression kit with full instructions.
How long does a custom set take?
Most sets take around 14 working days from the point we receive a useable mould, with complex diamond work taking longer. We confirm a timeline for your order and keep you updated with photos throughout production.
Fit & Materials
Will my grillz fit perfectly?
Fit is everything to us. Every set is made from a precise impression of your teeth, never a template. If anything is off we will adjust it, and aftercare support is included with every commission.
What metals and diamonds do you work with?
We work in gold, platinum, and our proprietary G-SILVER™ standard. We hand set VVS lab grown diamonds as standard, with natural diamonds available on request, and can incorporate coloured gemstones, custom logos and mixed metals.
Are grillz safe to wear?
Custom fitted grillz made from quality materials are designed for comfortable, occasional wear. Full care guidance comes with every set, including how to clean them and when to take them out. We recommend removing them to eat and sleep.
Pricing & Orders
How much do custom grillz cost?
Pricing depends on the number of teeth, the metal and the stone work involved. Every commission is quoted individually, so you know the exact price before anything goes into production.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Impression kits and finished grillz ship worldwide. Wherever you are, the process and the standard are the same.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because every set is custom made to your teeth and your specification, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production has begun. We confirm every detail with you before we start. Full details are in our terms and conditions.
Aftercare
What aftercare do you offer?
Support does not stop at delivery. Cleaning, adjustments and ongoing advice are all part of the service, and you can book a polishing appointment whenever your set needs refreshing.
