How do Grillz stay in my mouth?
We make our Grillz to fit your teeth perfectly using a range of specially developed techniques. They will simply clip into your teeth, and are easily removable when you want to take them out. If you want an even more secure fit, although it is not necessary, we suggest using a small amount of fixodent which is a temporary dental adhesive and this will provide you with even more confidence during high energy activities.
How long do Grillz take to make?
Our custom grillz are completely handmade in our studio and custom fit to your teeth, so they can take a varying amount of time to produce. Depending on the complexity of your design, they can take 1-2 weeks for simple designs and 1 month for the most intricate and complex pieces.
I am not in London, can I still get Grillz?
We operate worldwide via a mould kit service. If you purchase online, we can send you a mould kit to complete from the comfort of your own home.
You are also able to visit your dentist and request an 'Intraoral Scan'. You can then email the scan files to us and we will use them to make your grillz with the perfect fit and accuracy. We reccomend this over a mould kit if you are able to do it.
Which metal should I choose?
We offer a range of metal options to fit your needs perfectly.
The most affordable option is silver, which we reccomend if you dont plan on wearing your grillz for long periods of time. Sterling Silver is more likely to tarnish from wear, especially if you drink or smoke. Sterling Silver is considered 'costume jewellery'.
For a more tarnish resistant option, Dental Gold would meet your needs. Dental Gold contains a very low percentage of gold and is specially formulated for dental applications like crown and bridge restorations. Using them for Grillz means you can have grillz that are more resistant to tarnishing and wear without breaking the budget.
The most premium option we offer is 9ct and 18ct Gold. These options are perfect if you plan on wearing them for extended periods of time due to their hypoallergenic and antimicrobal properties. Gold is very safe in your mouth and resistant to tarnishing and wear. It also doesn't cause any allergies. Our Gold options are available in white, rose and yellow colours. 9ct Gold contains 37.5% pure gold and 18ct Gold contains 75% pure gold.
I have dental issues, can I still get Grillz?
We highly reccomend you visit your dentist for a checkup prior to getting grillz. It is your responsibility to make sure your dental health is perfect before getting grillz. Getting grillz for damaged or broken teeth could cause further issues. We are able to fill missing gaps with grillz. It is not a good idea to get grillz if you have pre-existing gum or teeth issues.
How can I pay?
If you have booked an appointment, payment is made in full on the date of your appointment. If you order online, we offer a range of different payment options to suit your needs. These include but are not limited to - Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Klarna, ClearPay and more.
Should you wish to split the cost of your grillz over a specific time period, we reccomend you checkout using a service like Klarna.
Can you polish my Grillz or Jewellery?
We offer a free polishing service on Grillz and Jewellery purchased from our store. If you need to have your custom pieces polished, just contact us and we will arrange it for you.
Do you accept refunds?
Our grillz are custom made to your specific requirements, so we do not offer refunds without a valid reason.
If you have an issue with the fit of your grillz, you can return your grillz for a refund assuming we have already attempted to correct the issue without a positive result.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we are sure you wont be disappointed with your custom piece.
