Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not place an order.

1.2 In these Terms and Conditions:

“you”, “your”, “Customer” refers to the person placing an order

“Goods” means the jewellery and related products supplied by us

1.3 You must be 18 years or older to place an order with us.
2. Application of These Terms
2.1 These Terms apply to all sales of Goods made by us to consumers.
2.2 If you are purchasing Goods for business purposes, you must notify us before ordering so we can provide appropriate terms.
3. Description of Goods
3.1 All Goods are described on the Website as accurately as possible. Images, videos, CAD renders, and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only.
3.2 Due to the handcrafted and bespoke nature of our jewellery, minor variations in colour, finish, stone placement, weight, or dimensions may occur and do not constitute a fault.
3.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that any measurements, specifications, or information you provide are accurate.
4. Bespoke & Personalised Jewellery
4.1 Many of our Goods are custom-made or personalised to the Customer’s specifications and are produced specifically for you.
4.2 Once production has begun, orders for bespoke or personalised Goods cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, except where required by law.
4.3 This does not affect your statutory rights if the Goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
5.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase Goods from us.
5.2 A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you written confirmation accepting your order by email.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before acceptance for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.
6. Pricing & Payment
6.1 All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
6.2 Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.3 If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
7. Production & Delivery
7.1 Production and delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the Goods.
7.2 We will deliver the Goods without undue delay and no later than 60 days after the contract is formed, unless otherwise agreed.
7.3 Delivery times are not guaranteed, and delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control do not constitute a breach of contract.
7.4 Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the Goods are delivered.
8. International Orders
8.1 For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges.
8.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
9. Inspection of Goods
9.1 You must inspect the Goods upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receipt.
9.2 Failure to notify us within a reasonable time may affect your ability to make a claim.
10. Hygiene & Dental Jewellery
10.1 For hygiene and safety reasons, dental jewellery (including grillz) must not be worn or fitted before inspection.
10.2 Dental jewellery that has been worn, fitted, or used cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.
11. Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
11.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order for non-bespoke Goods within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
11.2 This right does not apply to:

Bespoke or personalised Goods
-
Goods made to your specifications
-
Goods that have been worn, fitted, or used
-
Goods excluded for hygiene reasons
12. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
12.1 If the Goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to remedies in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
12.2 We may request photographs or the return of the Goods for inspection before resolving the issue.
13. Returns
13.1 Approved returns must be sent to the address provided by us.
13.2 You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Goods are faulty.
13.3 Returned Goods must be securely packaged and adequately insured.
14. After-Sales Support
14.1 We may provide reasonable guidance on fitting or care where appropriate.
14.2 Any guidance provided does not constitute medical or dental advice.
15. Care & Use
15.1 Jewellery must be worn responsibly and in accordance with any care instructions provided.
15.2 We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions.
16. Limitation of Liability
16.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
16.2 Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for indirect or consequential losses.
17. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
17.1 By placing an order, you agree to contact us directly and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your bank or payment provider.
17.2 Where a chargeback or payment dispute is raised without first contacting us, we reserve the right to submit all relevant evidence to the payment provider, including order confirmations, correspondence, production records, and delivery confirmation.
17.3 We actively dispute chargebacks raised in contradiction of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to:

Claims of unauthorised transactions where evidence of authorisation exists

Claims based on dissatisfaction with bespoke or personalised Goods
-
Claims made after the Goods have been worn, fitted, or used
17.4 Initiating a chargeback does not remove or replace your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
18. Privacy & Data Protection
18.1 We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
18.2 We are the Data Controller for the personal data processed in connection with your order.
19. Force Majeure
19.1 We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
20.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
20.2 Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, or where applicable, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
21. Complaints
21.1 If you have a complaint, please contact us quoting your order number.
21.2 We aim to respond within 7 working days and resolve matters fairly.
